I have been not doing any but this is my 7th batch of antibiotics in a 4 month period and I want to do some exercise?

I didn't say I can't do exercise I wanted to know the best type.... The antibiotics are for a severe sinus infection, there the prelude to a possible sinus operation, if these ones can't clear it up the op's the next step. So I am really tired with them and I get dizzy easily....

I would agree with the person that said, overall, take it easy...don't over do. Your body is fighting an infection and you should give it the time and strength to do so. If you are a very active person you could do a good yoga class and treat your mind and body to a calming break! :-) If you are a runner, talk a long hike and jog a bit if you feel up to it. etc...just take it easy and keep focused on not over doing it.

you're probably dizzy and weak because the antibiotics kill all the bacteria in your intestines. healthy intestines should contain 3-5 pounds of friendly bacteria (probiotics or flora) that aid in the digestion of your food. you should therefore be eating mostly raw, nutrient-dense foods along with a digestive enzyme to maximize the nutrients you are able to absorb across your intestinal wall. once you're finished your antibiotics you need to start taking probiotics immediately to replace the friendly bacteria in your gut. if you don't do it immediately then your empty gut can easily be colonized by unfriendly bacteria that can lead to digestive and other serious health problems.

It depends on why you have to take all these antibiotics? Antibiotics themselves have no effect on exercise--you can do anything while you are taking them. But what are you sick with? That's what you need to think about and decide if you are able to exercise.

I'd say knock off the exercise while you are taking antibiotics let your body have time to rest and heal.

There's no reason why you shouldn't be exercising provided you're physically able to.

EDIT: If you're dizzy than you need to think of exercise that you can do without falling over - rowing, swimming, cycling machine, etc.

Taking antibiotics would have nothing whatsoever to do with your ability to exercise. Why you are taking them probably does.

Ask your physician.
