Is it effective and on the remaining 4 days can you have a drink as I was thinking that you could if you allowed for it calorie-wise. Also does anyone have any other suggestions of diets that would suit someone who still wanted to enjoy a drink?
Thanks

Here is a simple answer, based on life experience.
There are no magic solutions !!!
If you want to reduce your weight without any pills, suffering, chemicals and so on, just reduce the amount of food you eat and get some basic exercise.
Instead of watching TV, Go out, take a walk.
Eat Cereal instead of doritos and drink plenty of water.
Don't skip breakfast, but do skip these cookies you have with your coffee.
It may take 3 months and not 3 days, but if you keep it, you are guaranteed to keep the weight off and not to gain it back in two weeks.

I heard about this diet that a hugely obese woman was on. She was 32 stone to begin with and lost 10 stone in 6 months on a diet where she only ate a quarter of a woman's recommended daily allowance of calories. The diet allowed her to eat only 3 packets of powder a day mixed with water. She then died and the doctors said that it was definately to do with her diet. Rapid weight loss is bad for the heart and most organs.

Then the incompetent diet company tried to cover her death up by saying that because she was so obese, she was at risk of dying at any time anyway.

Find a way to lose weight slowly and safely.

"The doctors quick weight loss diet": A world-famous medical plan that lets you take off 5 to 15 pounds in one week!
by Irwin Maxwell Stillman

The diet for which the author is famous is one whereby you eat only lean protein (absolutely nothing else) for a few days, with eight pints of water a day. That diet is strictly for short periods of a few days.

I benefited greatly from this book, but perhaps more from the alternative diets which it contained, one of which was the wine and cheese diet, I remember, in which one nibbled cheese with a glass of dry wine a couple of times a day.

I shed three stone in three months. Mind you, I was a lot younger!

I have heard of the 3 day diet and I have read that any weight you lose comes back within the next week. A good diet that lets you drink red wine is the mediterrian diet.

You have to prepare a vegetable soup and eat as much of it as you want while you follow a low carb diet (specific one)
I have heard it has good results, but you have to be very carefull afterwards as you gain even more weight than what you may have lost if you dont take care.

i imagine that develop into the "Fruit Flush" weight relief plan. You drink protein shakes each and every 2 hours for the first day, then a salad with protein for dinner. the subsequent 2 days, you devour fruit each and every 2 hours then salad with protein. assume to lose water weight and be contained in the lavatory plenty! :)
