He led the Israelites across the River Jordan near Jericho, which was the first Caananite city they took (after marching round the walls seven times and blowing shofars, trumpets made of rams' horns).

This is the same point King David's army crossed to kill his rebel son Absolom, where Elijah ascended to heaven and Elisha took his mantle, and possibly the place of Jesus' baptism.

Great things are going on there now in a place which was closed military territory until January 2006. See www.livingbreadchurch.com

First they were to encamp the walls and when the trumpet blew and the walls came down they entered in and overtook the town.
Having not read this in a while I am not sure but think they also went around the walls 7 times and on the 7th the trumpets blew.

because of the fact, Moses have been given offended on the persons for worshiping a pretend idol, a cow made up of gold. while he have been given mad he threw the plaques that God had written on and that they broke. god had to rewrite the commandments that he gave to Mose throughout. Moses handles the situation badly i might say. And definite, God does get offended with us. As for Aaron i think of he stayed in the back of to be along with his brother. God bless you.
