my girlfriend tells me that the diet is the right way to go,,,,,i donot care i love my weight

If If you want to lose a few pounds or maintain your current weight, here are a few tips.

Exersize consistently ( 30 min atleast 3 times a week)
Eat healthy ( add vegitables and fruit)
Drink water ( on average atleast 64 oz/ day)
Eat smaller portions of food ( people usually eat alot more then they really need)
Cut down on sugar intake ( you can still eat sweets, just limit the amount)
Don't eat only grapefruit

If you follow all these tips, I can promise you will be able to meet or exceed your goal. I wouldn't call this a diet, I would call it living healthy. You should adopt some of these things as part of your life style. Good luck!

grape fruit diet will defenetly reduce your weight . Its upto you to follow it or not.
