Yes, u r right, its Turkish and means "The woman came again".

Even I can use it in an example sentence: "The texaslady78 came again"

It should be "kadin yeni geldi", the woman, has come here or arrived here recently, depends on the context

It means exactly "The woman came again". It's not "The woman came back", it's "again". There's a difference between back and again.
