This used to happen me a lot. Its a good idea to write down your dreams and then consult a dream dictionary like http://www.dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/. Its really unnerving to have dreams like this, i used even get them when I was a wake and go into a panic attack. What you have to do is assess your life at the moment and see if you are in a situation that is bothering you or causing you distress and anxiety, your subconscious seems to be telling you that you are. I got over them thank goodness and you will too. Good luck

This is one of the most common characteristics of human being. My own calculation is that human beings unlike other animals are made up of four major aspects…spiritual, physical, emotional and mental. These four things work together even when we are not aware of their functions. Dream is something so many people do not understand. What you just said is not a déjà vu, and there is nothing like déjà vu. Our spiritual part of life is most at times ahead of the mental, emotional and physical. Did you not notice that some of those places you saw yourself in the real you were never there in any dream, you call it dream because you couldn’t recall how and when you managed to get there. Some you have been there for more than once and felt what you felt the last time the second time. Maybe in the second time, which till now you can’t account for, you were not comfortable with the situation and the third time, you were afraid of the unpleasant situation you encountered in the. All these have meaning but I think there is no sense in trying to dig out the meaning, just know it that as a man, you are spiritual being. You are as normal than those that this doesn’t happen to…. thank you

I have read some book about dreams. People have had those kind of experiences all throughout history- where they dream of the future. You aren't going mad. I can't explain it....you just have to accept that things that are unexplainable can happen. However, just be aware that sometimes coincidences happen too, and other times, you may just be reading to much into your dream.
I have some crazy dreams too...very vivid and detailed. And there are times when in real life, I get total deja-vu and I know I dreamed something similiar.
I don't know what to say that would make you feel better, except to tell you that you aren't mad, and that many people experienced the same things you have. There are books that detail this dream phenomenon, maybe you would feel better if you read up on it.

If your going mad all of us are. It is normal to feel you have been somewhere before. Or someone said a phrase that reminds you of something said in a dream. These things happened to me when I was younger. Now that I am older what freaks me is dreaming of people I have never met and going to places I have never been. Maybe in the future these things will be recalled.

No, you're not getting mad at all. When we sleep our mind is active but uncontrolled, (idle). In this stage, images or flashbacks interpretations are randomly collected in one scene. The dreaming scene seems to be so real, but it is not.
You will come to terms with your dreams, the minute you realise that in your dreams and visions, you could even fly! A mixed up disillusion on our mind; being asleep of course.

This is where the term Deja Vu comes from. It means
"already seen".
We do travel spiritually in the spirit world when we sleep. And some dreams are things we experience while in spirit.
Evryone has seen thier own future, and later lived it in thier
waking life.

Congrats, ur natural spiritual apparatus is starting to function!
what is described in the bible as "spiritual gifts" is what u are experiencing. these gifts are 4 u 2 utilise 2 help urself and ur environment (family, frendz, etc). its not mandatory but that is their most efficient and fulfilling use.
somethin that would be interestin is to find out the basis/foundation of what is going on. u can decide 2 involve urself in a religion, but i advise u find out the nature of spiritual affairs in the book THE SEAT OF THE SOUL by Gary Zukav.
Feel free 2 mail me 4 more info...!

Most probably "deja vu", dont worry about it. It affects everybody at some point. I've had it many times and it feels pretty good to see something happen that you've only dreamed about before. You can observe and say with conviction, "I KNEW that was going to happen!"

Some call it deja vu, others call it precognition. Many people are afflicted with it. Psychologists will tell you you're mistaken or crazy, but if you have written record of the dream before it comes true, I'd say that's some good proof you're not. (I've had similar experiences myself, and it IS jarring.)
