man ur obsessed with haifa arent u:)
first of all the numbers are
2=A (stressed on)
3=ein (its a letter only arabs can pronounce)
7=h (it comes from the throat, only arabs can pronounce too)
6=a strong T

the translation of the song:
i'm haifa who else would it be
my heart was blessed with ur beautiful eyes
pamper me, spoil me, and make me dance
i'm ur babe, who is she
everybody know whos my baby
tonight is awsome, i have my baby with me, so who r u?

wow when u translate it, u get to know how stupid it is :)

Okay 2 means you prounounce it like this: Ah-it's basically "ana" you don't have to use the 2. The 3 is pronounced "ei" I'm sorry but the only way for you to know is if I pronounced it for you and you heard it. Anyways the 7 is an "h" basically.

ana-I am
haifa-a female name
min-from
ghayri-?
2albi or albi-my heart
3youn-eyes
7elwin-beautiful, lovely (talking about plural-two eyes are beautiful. if you were talking about one thing then it would be just 7elw or helw.)
ra2assni-he danced me or something likewe danced and he danced with me-something like that.
dala3ni-HE(not SHE which is "dala3etni") spoiled me
7abibtak-Your darling, lover

This is all the Lebanese way of saying things so I can't really tell you what all this means but I hope you kinda get it somewhat.
Oh and by the way there is no such thing as those Arabic alphabets-we Arabs just use it in place of the real letter because we don't have an Arabic keyboard. Just wanted to make it clear on that-these letters are NOT part of the Arabic alphabet.
