i just bought a bic mac meal from mcdonalds, got back to work, ate my chips and started drinking my milkshake...open up my burger and VVWALA a HAIR in my burger. so i went back to mcdonalds and after being asked three times by three different mcdonald's staff i only got a new burger, no money back, i was so irratated that i just walked out.. what would u do next? or would have done? i'm SO ANNOYED!!!

Every fast food are the same maybe today you see hair but how do you know if they don't sneeze at it..Make your own food !!

I understand your irritation. This is the reason I rarely, if ever eat fast food. You actually found something this time, imagine all the times you DIDN'T find evidence!
The employees at most fast food joints are uneducated, and aren't even paid a living wage. You think they care? Last time I went to a fast food rest (and I do believe it WAS a McD's too!) I asked for my entire order money back. Because, they do have a 100% guarantee or your money back! So, thank you for my money...and I will not return for more disappointment.

I would have insisted on seeing the manager and stating clearly that I wanted a refund. If this is what you did, and your request was ignored, I would write to their head office enclosing the hair and ask for some kind of compensation.

i oftentimes get parfaits, apple pie, rooster nuggets, reg. hamburger w/ ketchup, and medium fries. (no longer unexpectedly) xD additionally the shamrock shake, regardless of the undeniable fact that it is limited basically during the month of St. Patty's Day (so April or march?) the milkshakes there are stable too, and the rooster sandwich.

whatever you end-up doing, could you include asking somebody, why it is that so many people that work at McDonald's, don't wear hair nets, and the ones that do, don't cover all of their hair!

I have had the same thing at the same place...Wendy's, too. I not only got a new burger, but got my money back plus they offered me fries or pie or anything else off the menu I wanted.

This happend to me and i kicked up a right fuss they refunded my money and also gave me a free chicken burger but i dont eat them since it was disgusting. And i brought a mouldy cheese sandwhich from a hospital canteen i am just lucky

Go and buy something healthy, and cook it yourself. The chance of getting a good response from a person on minimal wage in a repetative job is, well not too good.

Write to McDonald's and complain! That way they know about the problem and how you were treated when you tried to resolve it, and also they will probably send you lots of vouchers! If you still want to eat there after finding the hair...that's gross.
