I know What you mean. Mine did the same thing when I used an air gun all the time. It is Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. It a pinched or blocked nerve in your wrist . You have to go to the doctor to get it fixed or if you quit bowling for awhile it will ease up but not go away. Also before going to the doctor try using wrist bands to give your wrist support First try them on your wrist If that don't help much try putting one just below your elbow. I know that sounds silly But it worked for me. But I kept using my wrist in the same way too much and eventually had to go to the doctor. When choosing a doctor be sure to get a good doctor . Ask him how big the scar will be. If he says you won't even be able to see it he's OK I have seen some people with big long scars. But you can't even tell I had surgery on mine and it feels just fine now.

All your frame weight rested for your arm and would of reduce off move inflicting cramp.I had the equal factor and I used to be particularly scared and the complete motor in my hand would not paintings however I attempted something and it went away. Try a sling perhaps, frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel, hot fabric or placing them in exceptional hot water with a few bubble bathtub in and watch a exceptional movie and consume a few nibbles or a milkshake. Prop it up on a pillow and maintain bathing it in scorching water. Make certain the epidermis is aired off and put on snug garments with out tight sleeves and no gloves. If they do not begin to consider that greater perhaps a travel to the medical professionals. Try to restrict typing or writing ect and permit the arms stretch out and loosen up. A hand bandage perhaps well/ sling...That is what I did then slowly used it once more.

pinched nerve- the tingling is from cut off circulation-like when they fall asleep.I'd put a hot compress on the shoulder and try to massage the kink out.it sounds like your putting too much strain on it-try getting a wrist band or elbow brace-it will give you added support and maybe keep your arm in the right position so it doesnt cause strain
