if you are have you tried pushing it out? The muscles around the anus are quite strong.
If this doesn't work go straight to the ER! If you leave it stuck there for too long it can be toxic!

Depending on what you've shoved up there, it might come out, or it might poke a hole in the rectum and lead to a serious infection.
