I am 22 and want to lose about 200 lbs. I'm at 65 right now. I lost about 45 lbs. before starting to work out and now that I am I just want to know what to do to add my body in toning properly. My mother had gastric bypass surgery and I see first hand what happens to the skin. I guess I'm just not as excited to lose weight anymore knowing that it could just be another journey to actually looking like a 22 year old lol.

If you have stretched your skin that much it won't recover naturally after weight loss then theres nothing you can do through exercise to sort it out.

I was a work out fanatic before and after I had bypass surgery to loose weight. I struggled with the fact that my sagging skin would not go back.. I had a tummy tuck eventually but still have unsightly thigh sag and underarms... I wish there was a miracle cure to get skin back its elacticity ,Exercise can help but genetics and how long you were heavy will determine most of it.

No exercise in particular will help prevent sagging skin. The elascity in your skin is what affects how much it sags after significant weight loss. The exercises you can do only effect the muscle. The best thing you can do is to use lotion with cocoa butter and keep your skin moisturized.

There is no way to avoid it if you are actually obese and losing a drastic amount of weight. If you are only trying to lose 5-20lbs then you don't really need to worry much, but trying to lose much more than that will cause sagging skin (if you are younger, then not as badly because your skin will still have elasticity) and there isn't much you can do about it besides plastic surgery.

If you lose a whole lot of weight, especially quickly, sagging skin is unavoidable. Herbalife has a product to help with that. If all else fails, you could have it surgically removed. My sister did. Personally, I would rather have the sagging skin than go through the pain and have the scars.

If you have a large weight loss, you WILL have sagging skin.
You can build the muscle up underneath it, but that usually isn't enough to fill the void, so to speak.
There are a number of procedures that can be done by plastic surgeons to get rid of the excess skin (abdominoplasty, mastopexy, brachioplasty, etc.)
Good luck.

Unfortunately I'm not sure on any books that are available, but what I would suggest is perhaps trying some muscle toning or weight resistance excercising.
Pilates is very good for toning up and tightening, and Loreal Slimline products definately help to reduce stretch marks and cellulite and firm up the skin.
Good luck, and congrats on the weight loss!

workout is necessary once you're doing any food plan. shop your pores and skin up with the burden you loose. Drink a large number of water and attempt no longer to loose it too quickly. the faster you loose it the better probability of sagging you would have. i'm particular you're hectic now that you've made the alternative to develop right into a fit man or woman and congrats to you for that. basically be affected man or woman and artwork flat out and also you'd be a lot happier with the outcomes. Why set your self up for extra prices on stuff like surgical operation once you do not ought to? strong success!

Weatherman is right. There is nothing you can do but lose the weight (which will save your life in the long run) and hope that your skin has some elasticity in it and will come back. If not, the only thing you can do is have it removed by a plastic/reconstructive surgeon.
