it depends how close you are. do the two of you go out after work? if so then you are close enough to say something like: can we talk? i have something to tell you and i don't want you to take it the wrong way. take it like if i came out of a dressing room and asked you what you thought of this new dress. i would want to know the honest truth. regardless. anyway, i would like to tell you that i think you are a great person and i don't want to hurt your feelings but sometimes your breath needs a mint. the reason i'm telling you this is because i know that if you knew you would want to rectify this problem. if you two are not close then don't do it. that's the only thing i could say for you to do. good luck.

go to her and talk about it.comfort her by saying that you too had a problem like this or that you know a lot of people having the same problem.try not to make her think that she is the only 1 with this problem.give her some mints too as a treatment.

What a touchy subject. You would have to know her very well in order to discuss this with her. Your best bet is to leave an anonymous memo on her desk. Word it very carefully and with kindness so she understands that it is constructive criticism and not cruelty. Wow, good luck.

Make her a gift basket for like veteran's day. Have everyone in the office act like they got something, and give her a basket with like some lotion and mouth wash and stuff. She may get the hint, of at least use the mouth wash!

well if she is very sweet, I bet confronting her would make her feel bad. Try leaving mints lay around, or when you go to have a mint offer her one!
