No need to worry. It's early doors yet and just because your last injection did not take that long to wear off, it is probably down to the fact that you had a stronger injection today. Hence the lack of feeling in some of your facial muscles. I bet as soon as you read this you will have feeling back in your face. If not have slug of whiskey and go to bed. When you wake up all will be well.

Try massaging the area or applying a heating pad or a hot pack to stimulate the circulation. Laying down will help also.

If the feeling doesn't return by the next day you need to go back to the dentist. If there is nothing they can do then you need to see an attorney as they paralyzed the nerve.

I'm sorry you are having discomfort, never had any dental related injections so I wouldn't know how long it takes, to put your mind at ease, why not get someone to ring your dentist and ask how long does it normally take for my face to settle and work properly.

Had a lot of dental work last year and sometimes the injection wore off before I got home and sometimes it lasted all day. Didn't matter how big it was - a series of injections for root canal work wore off much quicker than the ones for and extraction an a crown. I wouldn't worry until tomorrow.
