It really depends on how much weight you need to lose
It is good that you lost 10 pounds and that you are not gaining
You can also try to jumpstart your metabolism with a high intensive workout for a couple days and then resume to normal...that should kick it up a notch

I determined the e-book to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however ordinarily) and doing little or no endeavor, however the weight continues flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me in view that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've not ever bought some thing like this earlier than in view that they're most commonly stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a best shock. Get began in these days!

10 pounds in 2.5 months really isn't bad. losing weight really fast isn't healthy. slow and steady weight loss, along with exercise is the best way. I have been on Weight Watchers for 2.5 years now. I did lose a little more quickly at first (maybe 20 lbs in 2.5 months?), and had lost 50 lbs by 10 months, but 1.5 years later, I've slowly lost the last 23 lbs...and have less than 2 to go. it's much healthier than those fad, low carb diets. especially, in my case, since my blood pressure and cholesterol were high. Low fat and smaller portions is much better for you. and I hate working out myself, but I enjoy walking...and that's still good exercise.

You are actually doing a really great job! What diet are you on? Because maybe with a really excellent diet and a little time at the gym will get you down to the weight you want. Good luck!

Seems to me like you're doing fine. The less weight you have to lose, the slower it goes. If you only need to lose, say, 20-30 lbs you will not lose at the same rate as someone who needs to lose 100 or more.
Just keep eating in a healthy fasion, get your exercise, drink your water, and make sure you get enough sleep.

10 pounds in 2 and a half months sounds pretty fantastic to me, especially if you keep dropping weight at the same rate.
Be careful you dont become addicted to losing weight, that's where serious problems start.
It certainly sounds like you do enough exercise...why not try and incorporate some weights into your regime, building muscle means you burn more calories when you exercise (thats what my gym instructor told me anyway!)
You're doing a fantastic job at losing weight you should be proud of your achievements so far - keep it up! ;o)

When losing weight at a HEALTHY rate you are only supposed to lose aroung 1lb a week. Anything more is just unsafe. Also try doing an elliptical machine rather than cycling, you will have your whole body moving rather than just your legs.

find a good diet that you can live with. This doesn't involve eating only crazy foods, but healthy foods, and limit the amount you eat. And exercise. And then learn to love the body you have, and stop watching TV.
