I live in the US and my lunch for today can only be around 115 calories and I dont like fish, seafood and I want to have a big lunch so that I am full til dinner. But I dont know what to have can someone please help me???? Thanks

im not starving my self I just had a big breakfast and i save 600 calories for dinner and so im on 1200 calories.

Have a yogurt with a little granola.....a light soup, a salad or get a slim fast shake!

Check out the soup isle....the Campbells Healthy requests are really good and have like 80-130 calories. I love the Southwestern Chicken Vegetable...good Luck !!!!

Another thing....take a wheat tortilla and some lite mayo, a couple slices of turkey, tomato, lettuce roll it up and enjoy !!!

Something that looks nice and tastes great and is very simple. Take a tomato and section it from top to bottom...but not the entire way through. You just want it to remain connected but fall open. Then in the center, put a scoop of chicken salad or egg salad (whichever you prefer). Put it on the center of a plate. Surround this with crackers. Add a pickle on each side of the plate.

You can serve with soup, if you wish.

Rice is a good filler, and it keeps in the fridge for a while in an airtight container. You can mix in anything like cut corn, peas, bacon bits, or my favorite, canned tuna.

Or you can plan small servings thruought the day if you have the time to eat. These days it's hard to get time to sit and have a small snack like a fruit cup, or a sandwich.

Why on earth can you only have 115 calories? That is not enough to give you the energy to make it until dinner.

if you have an family in Philippines you can ask them but for you i can recommend that you can eat bread.just bring the ingredients in your work and eat at 3:00 pm so that your full until dinner time.
i can recommend u can just bring a..........anything you wanted to bring its your choice!

You can't lose if you go with veggies/salad (no pun intended) use just a little "Done Right" dressing or vinegar

eat a huge salad! they make no calorie dressings too :) its what i have for lunch
