Hey, I've been going out with this girl that I truly love and she loves me back just as much. But I get a bit paranoid at times and yet I know better. I know with long distance relationships you have to trust each other. Which I would trust her with my life in need be. But anyways, I'm sure she is busy with school and her family, but when I send her a message(s) she reads it but some times won't answer back. Plus I tried doing a dating RPG(via email) with her and she only responded back once. But anyways, I trust her but yet I am being paranoid. What am I to do to prove to my self that my Paranoia is wrong? I truly love her and I don't doubt her, it's just my paranoia and I am working VERY hard to get rid of it. If anything I just need some "How to get over paranoia" tips. Please help me out here, I truly love this girl and I just don't want to lose her.

I think you may be a bit obsessed with her.

Try to get on with your life and not think about her all the time. It will help stop your paranoia.

Work on yourself - your friendships, your self esteem, your interests. I have a feeling you dont like yourself much. Write down all your good qualities. Be honest. Start to accept yourself for who you are. This will help you with your paranoia as well.

Pray that you will not be paranoid but that you will trust that life is going to turn out good for you.

You have to realize that if she is going to school she is probably very busy. But, she could take the time and answer an email. It would only take 2 seconds. Take care.
