Ahh, one of my golden rules is, "Never tell someone you love them; show them."
A lot of people appreciate little things. Sweet notes, little presents, fancy nothings... Hugs, cuddles and kisses are what I'd recommend. Sing her a song she likes, maybe try your hand at writing a poem for her, who knows?
Just show affection towards her, and you will let her know that you love her.

Look deep into her eyes for as long as it takes......when you are near her 'accidentally' touch her....these things should work, you could also give massages.....(shoulders only unless she says so) brush her hair gently from her face....also a gentle kiss on the hand sometimes gives good indication also
