When Nixon was President he visited Russia. At dinner a toast was made to communism. Nixon raised his glass and said, "I make a toast to fine wine." I would ask why THAT man, the articulate, noble and brave statesman became so paranoid as to cause his own downfall with the Watergate scandal.
