I think it was from the food I fed him...it was a mixture, one of my concoctions. ^^; Cream of potato soup, and ramen noodles. This stuff was about a day old, even if it had been in the fridge for the majority of that time. Now...what my cat was doing was explained to me by a friend. My cat is fixed, and it was only done a few months ago. That is why he is marking his territory and still going after the female cats I have. This is my problem-my cat was puking a bit last night, and it was the ramen. He was moving slow yesterday..like in slow-motion, and he just lays there...I'm really worried about him.. >< Can anyone help me? I'll be happy to give more information if need be, but please... I don't want my cat to die because of something I did or my lack of ability to help him.

In addition- my mom said she would call the vet. Thanks for all the answers, guys! (And to the one who asked about the parasites- I know that it wasn't parasites, as I assume they'd look different than ramen, as those noodles have a very different look, and the noodles weren't moving.)

My cat is dead. He died November 10, and I feel as though most of it is my fault, even if the vet DID say that there was nothing more I could have done. ...;_; I miss my kitty. Badly. The house seems so much less happy without him..

I doubt if it was your food - cats are remarkable at _not_ deliberatly eating anything which will harm them. Also, since several months have passed since it was 'fixed' I think it will have recovered from and forgotten all about that event!
It is possible that your cat has accidentally come into contact with something unpleasant when he's been out (assuming he's allowed out) - slug pellets put down by some gardeners, for example.
If he is still in a lethargic state then you really ought to consult a vet. At least you will then have done the right thing for your feline friend. I hope he gets better soon.

1) Stop giving him people food. Cats will often seem curious about what you are eating but after a smell or two they don't really want it or need it. Cats are obligate carinvors and can''t really digest non-meat food. If you must give him table scraps give him chicken or fish (no bones) but 95% of his diet must be made of cat food.
2) after a few months he should have stopped spraying.
3) just laying around and not playing and being in slow motion is not good. A young cat should have some more get up and go.
I think it is time for a call to the vet.
Call the vet, describe the symptoms and ask if kitty cat should be seen, while you are there, ask for a recommendation for a good cat care hand book and for help with the spraying problem.
4) has he his shots? get him up to date on that too.

Call your vet now. Tell them of the symptoms sounds like there is an underlying problem that was brought to the surface after feeding your cat the "soup mixture". the vet will advise you what to do and possibly ask you to bring the cat in. Call Now.

You definitely should get him to the vet. But most of all do not give him any more of those crazy mixtures of meals again. He may have a hairball stuck in his digestive track that is blocking his system. He should be on a good and healthy cat food that will ensure his health. You should try IAMS dry food with hairball control-- this food has plenty of vitamins and minerals that he will need to keep him healthy. BUT PLEASE GET HIM TO THE VET, HE NEEDS TO BE EXAMINED BY THE VET JUST IN CASE IT IS SOMETHING VERY SERIOUS...

Are you sure he vomited ramen noodles? he could have vomited intestinal parasites. If they have a big load of intestinal parasites they can vomit them up. I would take your cat to the vet to rule out something medical .
