Why do some guys never reply to texts when the are supposed to fancy you?(they show all the signs when you are together that they fancy you)Especially if you are trying to arrange a time to meet up?

I'm not a guy, sorry, but I'm bad at replying to texts too so maybe it's not just a guy thing. It gets on my nerves a bit when people keep texting instead of phoning to arrange to meet - it's so much quicker (and sometimes cheaper) to pick up the phone than to send bloody texts to and fro for hours. This chap may well fancy you and want to meet up with you, but he's got better things to do than spend hours arranging to do so. I'd phone him if I were you - arrange your date, then switch the phone off and go and do something interesting!

Its simple - if interested they answer. Believe me. Been there too many times, and it drives me nuts. They aren't forgetful or useless with technology - be serious! Have just finished with a guy i thought i was seeing - 1st wk+ he textd all the time, replying straight away & calling, then the texts died down and he would go days without replying...apart from when he wanted to come and see me 4 'fun'. I stupidly chased him lots n saw him Sat. Was lovely, all over me. BUT due to lack of response i knew something was amiss & was V naughty & checked his mob while he was asleep....i know its bad - but turns out he had been texting 3 other girls too - one of which he had spent the previous night with & another he is seeing on Friday - have deleted his number completely. My mate is seeing his best mate and they are in contact every day - just shows you - if they are interested they want to text u and see u.... think about how you feel & don't go chasing someone who doesn't make the effort - it takes 2 mins to reply/send a text & its not difficult.

There is a book called 'He's not that into you' or something like that. Believe me, if a guy was interested in you then he would text you back. Don't do the running, let him chase you. If he wants to arrange a time to meet up, he WILL contact you. If he doesnt you are making yourself look a little desperate by keep on texting him.

I have discovered that men do NOT think the same as women. Women are organised, methodical and think about the whole picture - where as most men (notice i didn't put all) dont seem to be able to cope with more than one thing at a time.
My b'friend is hyper on texting if its rude stuff but couldn't give a flying whatsit on anything else I text him sometimes and it drives me mad. So now I only text him rude stuff and ring him directly for vital questions to be answered.

its not just for arranging times hun - guys are brutal when it comes to texting full stop!
I texted my brother over two weeks ago to ask him where had he left something belonging to me - (again being a man he never answers his phone either!) and I got the reply the day before yesterday!!

Guys are guys and that's never gonna change. They want u to do something u do it they don't respond. They want, they don't always give back. Then when we don't do anything they get curious and worry or even question. Only an honest guy can truly answer this question honey, good luck in finding the answer!!!!!!!!

oh now this is a good question and the only answer i can give is this ..men really are from another world ... but if you really want him to tex you back always start your tex with this ..it workes for me ... ( do you want to know what im wearing right now ) then put the rest of your question to him ... he will call you almost at once ..or tex you within a very fewmins ... then yuo can make a game of it so that the next time you sent a tex with that on it he will always tex back

I was thinking the same thing, I like this lad and I know he likes me and then he will text me and when I text back I get no reply!! I dont get men!!??!!??

you got the right number? also go into message settings and enable reports so you know the text got delivered. perhaps he is just being friendly n you got the wrong idea and hes to embarrassed to reply. maybe his girlfriend/wife wont let him answer... i don't really know and am starting to waffle abit. . . .
