I live in Florida so what time would it come on for me? I heard it has some good tips and to watch all those people lose weight would definitely motivate me!!!

The Biggest Loser comes on at 8pm Wednesdays. For me it is NBC CH 7 - I am not sure what it would be for you.

It is on NBC on Wednesdays. Usually at 9:00 but this week it will be at 8:00, 2 hour special. Great show, very motivating
