don't even suggest that i go to gym coz that doesn't do it for me besides, i don't have the time!! but am desperate to shed a few kilos especailly around my waist!! i look like a bulb, and am so assles!!HELP PLEASE, WORLD OF COMPUTERS!!!!

Anyone can make time for a *little bit* of exercise, wake up earlier, go to bed later, go exercise instead of being on the computer or watching tv.

You can also cut out all fried foods, all sugars and drink only water (3 glasses at each meal, 1 before, 1 during and 1 after, you won't eat as much as you normally do and you will be benefiting your body as well)

You don't need to put your life in danger to lose a few pounds. I don't know how much you consider as a few pounds but often by doing simple things it will help. Start by watching what you eat- healthy foods and that doesn't mean becoming a rabbit. Start walking a few extra blocks or climbing stairs instead of the elevator. As far as I know the only good weight loss solution is to reduce calories but increase activity. I don't have time to go to a gym either but I make sure I try and do some walking and stretching every day. Best of luck.

Everyone can make time for exercise. Work it in through out the day. Park farther away from the store, work, etc. and get in a little extra walking. Depending on where you work or go to school, get up a walk for a few minutes each hour. If you can, take the stairs whenever you can such as to go to a different floor to use the rest room. Even fidgeting throughout the day helps burn a few calories. Also, eat as healthy as you can and drink lots of water. Eat a good amount of friuts, vegetables, and fiber. You can even walk in place at your home while you watch tv. Walk around while you are on the telephone.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

If you can avoid salt totally from food for a period of 30 days you will lose weight without putting your life in any danger, because all the vegetables contain naturally salt which is enough for good health buy it is not sufficient to the tongue. Hence if you control your tongue for only one month your problem is solved.

Eat more vegetables and fruits, Less sugary foods, cut out soft drinks. Less coffee drink tea and plenty of water. Not too much red meat, alcohol, and fatty foods. I know you said that you haven't time for exercises but just go for a walk around the block and if you have a dog take it with you

Cut 100 calories a day. That means cut out one glass of cola or one dessert every day.

Park your car away from the store instead of trying to park at the door. Walk to the store instead of driving. That's exercise.

This is very slow, but it is healthy and it does work.

u can exercise without going to the gym. instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. walk more.

sorry there is no weight loss without a little bit of exercise. weight watchers is a good program. there is no healthy magic pill to losing weight, u got to work hard to get it off.

you have to exercise, that is the problem with this country people want things but are too lazy to get them
