Take her aside, "Can I talk to you a sec?". Then, in a polite but firm tone say, ", I wish you wouldn't call me Lise - it's not my name, and I really don't like it, kay?"
She just needs to be told. Don't go into a screaming heebiejeebie fit, don't say it in a loud voice over the water cooler, just point it out. If she's reasonable, she'll stop.
If she doesn't, find an annoying name to call her. The time for being polite is over. ^^

Ignore her, don't recognize her when she calls u by the nickname. When she comes up and taps u on the shoulder, say Oh I didn't hear u, my name is Lisa and that is what all my friends and co workers call me. Ok... and smile.
She'll get it. You may have to reinforce it a time or two. Enlist the other coworkers to say "Her name is Lisa" group reenforcement should change her tune.

When the two of you are alone together, just ask her kindly if she wouldn't mind. Ask her permission first. Something like this would be fine, "Sarah, could I ask you to do something for me? I've noticed that you call me Lise a lot. I appreciate that you want to call me a cute name, but I really prefer Lisa. Could you please call me Lisa from now on?"
When she agrees, thank her profusely.

I totally know what you're going through! People like to do this to my name (I don't know why) which I don't let anyone do. So when I just get fed up, I yell it's .... not .... (sorry i don't want to give my name out). That normally works.
I also had a coworker who just completely called me by the wrong name continuously (she'd call me by my coworkers name). I'd ignore her until she got it right or had to come to my desk, saw my name tag on my desk, and then called me by the right name.

This is what worked for me.
No amount of correcting her would do, so I started calling her by the wrong name on purpose. After a couple of days of this, she suddenly managed to get my name right! WOW.
I also had a customer who used the phrase "ma'm" at the end of every sentence. I got her to stop doing it, by copying her. Hi ma'm, how are you ma'm, thank you ma'm.

I know what you mean, My name is Throckmorton and people keep calling me Throck or Mort and it drives me crazy. All through my youth I was beaten up by anyone I corrected until I lost all self esteem. Every girl I liked, laughed in my face when I asked them out and I became a social outcast until I met Tarquinn. He did not judge or make fun of my name and we have been happy together, as long as we don't leave the house.

Tell her you prefer "Lisa" to "Leese". If she ignores your request, call her by a shortened version of her name too.

Just tell her: "Look, I'm Lisa. Hope you won't need a reminder." Keep your eyes fixed on hers for a few sec after your finish your sentence. Better still: wait for her to withdraw.
If she laughs or shrugs you off, then theres' no need to be tactful. Use up your arsenal of WMD on her.

Call her by a shortened version of her name. If it already is, then shorten it even further. (Mary-- "Hey Mar...". Or Sue-- "Hey Ssss") It might sound stupid, but I think she will get the message.

Stop answering to anything other than you accept.
Ignore them. Then when they ask if you heard them call
you, tell them why you didn't answer. Because that isn't
your name.
