Files with the DLL extension are chunks of code that programs use when they run. Your User32.DLL is apparently corrupted. The easiest course might be to reload Microsoft Office.

It seems liek a missing file do this download the files(the link will be listed below) and once downloaded open the zip and unzip it on to your desktop so its out of the folder and once it is right click it and click Cut then goto Start then Run and when the box comes up type System 32 and a folder will come up once it does right click a empty space and click Paste and the file will paste into it then leave system 32 and open the program and that should go away

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.getpchealthboost.com

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

Your DLL file is corrupt, and it is what helps the program run. You most likely must unistall and reinstall your MS Office unless you would like to buy an application that repairs.
