It means: "Hi sweetie I'd like to know you...holiday togheter in Rome?? Hi Kisses".

"Bacci" means nothing in italian. If it is "baci", it means kisses.
"Bacci" could be a surname.

means that some Italian guy is flattering you...
literally translated means "Hi sweety I'd like to know you...holiday in Rome together? bye, kisses"

Seems you have an Italian admirer!
Literally translated it means: "Hello my sweetest, I would like to know you..what about a holiday/vacation in Rome together?? Bye,kisses".
It is written wrong only "kisses", it is not with double "c", just "baci" ( plural) and "baccio"( singular).
Take care and be aware that Italians are "ancestors" of Casanova, they are always in love or always in seek for love!
Have a great time!
