I need someone who will email me everyday and help me construct a plan for exercising and tell me if what I ate was okay.....please help....I need to lose about 20-30 pounds by next Summer!!!

If you make a xanga, there are thousands of people taking the healthy approach to weightloss, so if you want, get one, and track your meals and exercise for the day. Hi there, I'd love to help you out there, but I can't promise everyday emails, I can promise emails at least 5 times a week, but weekends I go to my mothers and help her out alot so if you can handle emails 4-5 times a week maybe I can help. Of course I'd like to know a few things first.
First did you talk to a doctor first about the weight loss? By summer do you mean June, July? And can you give me a age range example 18-20 or 20-30. That way I can kinda have an idea of some emotional stressers that may be a factor in your plan. my email is tbkccs@yahoo.com

i cannot be your coach but.....
i can guide you to loss weight very easily....
all you have to do in a time of 3months
two times for five to fifteen days you don't have to take any grain item you can take milk its products,fruits,vegetables,pulses....
but no rice,wheat,maze in any form.....

secondly,start doing yoga 30minutes twice a day in the morning and evening
do just two main as-ans one kapalbhati and second loam-vilom for fifteen minutes each.
you can take a good book from the market it is easily available

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

distracted dining will get you in trouble avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theater as you re bound to consume more calories

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night
