It implies it. Jesus was in need of baptism, and the Bible says Christ came to John the Baptist at age thirty. The Gospel of John then describes the three-year ministry of Christ, which ends with the resurrection. This seems to imply Jesus' being 33 years of age when He died.
*Edit*
Of course, He wouldn't be exactly 33, unless they crucified Him on His birthday.

Luk 3:22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

I don't think it does.
Nobody knows for sure the exact year He was born, but there is a lot of scholarly speculation on the subject.
Keep in mind calenders have changed 2 or three times since then, and I doubt Spock could figure it out :)

Not specifically.
It does say his ministry started when he was around 30 and it lasted 3 and a half years.
