may be there is tomorrow or no tomorrow. for kal ho na ho.
kya takleef hai apko means what is ur problem.
apka naam kya hai means what is ur name.
mera naam haai......... means my name is

kal hoo na ho --> Tomorrow might happen
what is ur problem --> Appko/tumhe kya pareshani/takleef hai
what is ur name, my name is .... --> Appka/tumhara naam kya hai, mera naam ##### hai.

(jo hai sama),kal ho na ho-means whatever`s there today may not be there tomorrow.for `whats your problem',there are a lot of choices.'kya hua ?'(what happened) can also be used.
whats your name-aapka naam kya hai?
my name is....-mera naam.... hai.

In English 'Kal hoo na ho' means whether we remain alive to see tomarrow or we die today itself. "Tumhari taklif kya hai?".
"Aapka naam kya hai, mera naam ***** hai."

"kal ho na ho" means in english "it could be tomorrow,it could not be" in hindi"whats ur problem" means "tumhe kya pareshani hai?" "whats ur name is- "tumhara naam kya hai?" "my name is" is called "mera naam hai"
