Dont forget you can't put styrofoam or foam type items in there, like foam plates.. I wouldn't suggest printed paper towels either.

Oh no. You shouldn't put your cold food in your microwave because the microwave doesn't just make the food hot it also gives this kind of energy which is a toxin which is very unhealth or should I say deadly to your body! These toxins will make you fat or make you die 67 or 72 but people who don't use a microwave die around 79 or 102! So throw your microwave away and try heating your food by using pots but not non-stick pans because they contain Teflon which has FLUORINE(which is not good for your body) and CARBON(which you won't like tasting dirt blaaahh...) So no microwaves. Use pots and pans. I have done many experiments that make people fat so no microwaves. : )

some plastics can be put in the microwave...just read the label
you can put liquids in the mic...just in mic safe containers
NO metal
if you want to cook eggs...you HAVE TO break the yolk or it will explode
if you want to cook potato's (baked potato's)...you HAVE TO poke holes in the skin or it will explode
