From the left or from the right?

It depends upon from what angle you look best. Try looking for your best angle in front of a mirror and when you do so, then you will know which side you want your hair parted. (' ',)

For me it is the left. I think that when you portion your hair in this way the major part of it shows, and if you face a mirror you can see that at the side its more shiny and soft ( maybe because most of the hair goes there, so the tendency is you always touch it and caress it to always check if its good or not..everytime you caress it the oils in the hair will be distributed equally at that side).But at the right side because it has less hair, the tendency is you overlook it but still it is manageable,with some combing it will become shiny too. And i think the strands of the hair was more inclined to the left, the your hair sways beautifully unknowingly. And another thing, when I parted my hair at the right the hair bulges at the top,making it not good looking (of course we girls want to have a great hair everyday, without bulges, fly aways and tangles). So for me its in the left side. Sometimes in the middle but i think its more pretty if i parted it at the left.Its more girlish.

totally depends on the way your hair grows. This is different on everyone. Most have some cowlicks in their hairline, and their part is determined by trying both sides, and seeing where the hair pops up less, and stays more naturally for you. If you don't have any cowlicks, than this really is a matter of preference. Though, if you have any blatant assymetrical points on the face (crooked nose.... big birth mark, lazy eye.... not joking....) then do your part to the opposite side of this feature, to create symmetry and take away from this feature. Mine is parted from the left, it just feels comfortable to me. But my cousin likes her hair to be parted from the right. It's a personal choice really...whichever feels the most comfortable to you! Or if you stand up in the morning and you can't decide just wear a middle path, or take all your hair back into a ponytail so that there is no path. Enjoy!
