There are many wedding magazines that advertise. If you're looking for cheap, try Asda's wedding range or the Ad-mags. The itnernet is always an option for new and used dresses. Alternatively, you could have one made but this is shockingly expensive.

Search your high street, ask around. It's not what you know it's who. You may know someone handy with a sewing machine. Research. Ask your friends abou ttheir weddings, their make of dress, their colour preferences etc.

Good luck!!!

its up 2 you, all depends on what you are into. I personally think that a wedding dress should be white or of white but everyone has their own taste. I know now-a-days that co lours such as black and red are becoming more popular but I would stick to tradition, but that's just me...try the net, so great ideas there and mags are brilliant 2, if you buy the right one. Just shop around! You will know when you find your perfect dress, they say every bride does

First thing to do is to get some bridal magazines taking note of the styles that you like and who the designer is.Then you get online and go to the designers website to check out the style you like and to see what else is available. You can find an authorized vendor by checking their site. You can also go to a local bridal shop and start trying on dresses. Make sure to take someone with you to help you pick a good one.If you are not sure what color suits you best, try on a variety of colors and see which suits your skin tone better.

Good luck and happy hunting.

really anything goes, i have seen white, beige, pastels of all colors, navy and even black. all were beautiful weddings. there is no longer the stigma of proving your virginity by wearing white any longer so why should you? go through a few wedding dress books, do a little research on line and choose what you like, make sure its ok with your intended though. one of the most beautiful weddings (my favorite anyway) was the bride wore a pale yellow dress with tiny little seed pearls sew in. it was gorgeous. good luck

Start by checking out the wedding magazines, the wedding shops, then check the classified ads... Amazing what people will sell there... My wife picked up her cream wedding dress for £20...

Check eBay too...

Look at the season you are hoping to get wed in for colour ideas... Then look at the venue and see what ideas come to mind... If you have a maid-of-honour and bridesmaids, get them involved with ideas... ;)

You can have any color you want these days. Traditionally first marriages wear white and after that cream or something similar. Some people look better in the eggshell than they do white so you can wear that color also if you like. White used to be reserved for virgins.
