No, but following the traffic laws, slowing down, stopping at stop signs, and driving like an ADULT will stop you from getting tickets/points and after 3 years of being a safe driver (gotta LOVE drivers like YOU) your points will come off your driving record.
You don't live in Florida do ya?

all your entitlements are held electronically on the DVLA! your new licence is in no way immediately upgraded...'type 'A' is an entire motorcycle licence, the automobile is likewise 'B' even though it ought to have an records code on the impressive of the licence, this code quantity could limit you vehicle purely. What ever you do..do no longer force a instruction manual automobile or a motorbike, if the police provide up you for any reason often do highway part tests those days and have get right of entry to on your entitlements via the DVLA, they could then grab the automobile and you'd be delt with as a 'none licence holder' factors & advantageous. Ring the DVLA up quickly As to place it good, reason in concept the licence or your insurance mite no longer be valid.

No, your points stay on valid for 3 years but only come off your licence after 4 years. I no this because I just rang the DVLA yesterday to enquire about this as 3 points should have been taken off my licence in October and I hadn't heard anything and that's when they told me this. Also, if you change address which I also enquired about as I have recently moved, I was told to go to local post office and get a D1 application form and send my current driving licence along with a passport photo and a chq for the sum of £19.
Hope this helps...I wished moving address took them off too but unfortunately we do the crime we have to do the time :-( It's a cruel world!

If your points have expired, then yes they will be removed from the records when you change your address, if you are just trying to "lose" points which should be there for a reason then sorry but no, they will be there when you get it back.

The points are for you not your address. If they have expired they will not appear on a replacement licence, if they are still current then they will appear. You will have to change to the new type of licence if you haven't already.

The only thing that will clear up your driving record is "time" unless you have two social security numbers and drivers License's.

Um NO. You think DMV is so stupid that they can't track your address change? Think again!!
By the way, they look you up by your driver's license number, not your address.

They would still be on your licence. Be careful paying to get them removed as you cant remove them from DVLA computer no matter what anyone tells you and if you ever get stopped or checked, God help you.

No! That's why there is a unique reference number on the licence. It identifies you, no matter what your address might be. Just drive more carefully in the future!
