ok get rid of the facial hair...too gangster 'sleazy' for me (sorry)
lighten your hair with a few golden foils....i think that would improve...and yes you're good lookin.

I kinda of like your facial hair. But by general rule most women would rather not have that. Mmmm, so maybe trying out without the facial hair. Just for a chance.
the hair framing your face like in the first picture looks better on you, than the hair with no shape in the second picture-

I'm sure lots of women do. The eyes are nice. Facial hair is a total turn off for me .... other females like it. Something for everyone.

you are alright cut off all the face hair hair is nice maybe go little shorter and put on a shirt lol but overall you are do able
