I don't know where you live but, a good teaching hospital that uses doctors from all over and from every branch of science there is.
For instance, the "Mayo clinic" in Minnesota, St. Marys hospital and Covanent Hospital in Saginaw Michigan, Ann Arbor Hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan.
You apparently have some doctors working on you and, they haven't found out the obvious diseases so, your lucky here. Its something that's unique and not to obvious, something that can be controlled. Otherwise they would have found out what it was. That's how I try to look at it.
Once the obvious is eliminated then it's downhill all the way.
Good luck.

Chrons's and colitus can cause similar symptoms
I had the same earlier this year and i was finally taken into hospital as my potassium level had dropped to a dangerous level ( which was making my vomiting and diarrhoea even worse)
Ensure u drink plenty of fluids and ask for a potassium level test , i would also when going back to the doctors explain this is getting worse and that u need to see a consultant again asap

If you haven't already, get tested for these;
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a very common condition in our society. It affects a third of the population at some time or other and about one in ten people suffer symptoms severe enough seek help from their doctor. It can be painful and distressing. Diagnosis of IBS should be confirmed by a qualified medical practitioner.
The symptoms of Irritable Bowel may include:
Abdominal pain and spasm
Diarrhoea
Constipation
Bloated stomach
Rumbling noises and wind
Urgency - a need to rush and open the bowels
A feeling of incomplete emptying of the bowels
Incontinence if a toilet is not nearby
A sharp pain felt low down inside the rectum
Nausea, belching and vomiting
Crohn's Disease. The most common symptoms of Crohn’s disease are abdominal pain, often in the lower right area, and diarrhea. Rectal bleeding, weight loss, arthritis, skin problems, and fever may also occur. Bleeding may be serious and persistent, leading to anemia. Children with Crohn’s disease may suffer delayed development and stunted growth. The range and severity of symptoms varies.
Also check out this - Celiac disease, also known as gluten intolerance, is a genetic disorder that affects 1 in 1331 Americans. Symptoms of celiac disease can range from the classic features, such as diarrhea, weight loss, and malnutrition, to latent symptoms such as isolated nutrient deficiencies but no gastrointestinal symptoms. The disease mostly affects people of European (especially Northern European) descent, but recent studies show that it also affects Hispanic, Black and Asian populations as well1. Those affected suffer damage to the villi (shortening and villous flattening) in the lamina propria and crypt regions of their intestines when they eat specific food-grain antigens (toxic amino acid sequences) that are found in wheat, rye, and barley3. Oats have traditionally been considered to be toxic to celiacs, but recent scientific studies have shown otherwise. This research is ongoing, however, and it may be too early to draw solid conclusions....
Best of luck - your condition does not sound much fun. I hope everything gets sorted for you. x

Go to www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk here you will find a telephone number and you can speak to a specialist nurse who will give you some advice about what you should know and should do. It is a free service and confidential. Good Luck - don't be afraid - best to sort things out quickly and if you need different treatment than you're getting the sooner the better and a cure.

Have you been abroad in the last couple of years? It's worth mentioning to your doc if you have.
Like a previous poster my first thought was Chrohn's disease, or another food intolerance. Have you tried cutting out wheat from your diet? I cut out wheat and dairy products and my tummy troubles stopped. Be sure to consult your doctor before doing this, you don't need malnutrition on top of all you other problems!
I hope you find the solution ASAP, and i'm sending positive vibes your way : )

Hiya Hon,
Look dont panic yourself too much it could be one of a many things. From Your body disagreeing with the contraceptive pill down to more sinister things... I would however now go back to your consultant at the hospital and tell him your fears!!! if he doesnt seem 'too' interested you CAN ask for a second opinion which he should organise for you!!!
See the bellow link on a few stomach diseases!!! just for oyur information....

Sorry I'm not a doctor so I think you should wait to get the other test done to see if it shows anything. Mean while you could try to work out if you have changed your diet anyway. Good Luck

Get it sorted before it is too late! Your Mum what does she say about it all?. Can you please go and ask your doctors for a second opinion. And have you see a psychiatrist? Your problems may stem from your childhood and could be that you require Cognitive Therapy to get to the source of your health problems.
Take care and do get it sorted. Bless AT X

You seem to have done all the right things so far. I suggest you ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist in gastronomy, it might be that you have something rare (or yet to be discovered). Don't stop complaining, so that something gets done before it gets any worse. Goodluck.
