All tea has some antioxidants. Green tea and black pekoe tea have the most. WARNING: If you buy the stuff that comes in a can or a bottle (like Snapple, Lipton, Nestea, Arizona, etc.) check the label -- if it contains high fructose corn syrup, drinking it will do more harm than good. High fructose corn syrup is the father of all dietary evil. It raises your "bad" cholesterol, lowers your "good" cholesterol, raises your triglycerides, causes insulin spikes (which can lead to Type II adult-onset diabetes over time) and makes you gain weight. Stick with 100% tea with no sugar added, and if you can't stand the taste add some Splenda.
