This is the right time u make him understand that garden is not a right place to do it, coz if u fail to teach him now he will continue the same habit....dogs mark these places as there own property...!!

That's not entirely a bad thing. In the beginning stages of housebreaking it is important that the dog have a designated area to relieve himself. It seems that he has come to esteem your garden as being his. At least he's consistent. If you want to change this then you will probably need to select an alternative spot and then take him to this area and be patient until he goes and then continue doing this consistently until he understands. Dogs are creatures of habit.

well he must be thinking that the garden is his toillete and u must make him understand that it is not and i hope u will succeed
perhaps dog is the most intellegent animal!
