A few years ago my partner paid and sent away forms to a pitbull registry for my pitbull terrier to get his papers. They were to an address somewhere in Perth WA (Australia). He never recieved the papers and cannot recall the address as it was long time ago now. We did hear that it may have shut down but then we are still not sure. There maybe still a way for us to get hold of some proof that he is a purebreed if there a pitbull registry in Australia. Is there anyone that may know where we can go (Australi wide) to maybe re-register our dog as a purebreed or trace where the original copies may have got to ???

ask the pound what to do to register the dog as a purebred pitbull the laws are the dog has to be doctored as to breed the species into extinction (which i think sucks because the owners are ussually the one responsible for the temprement)
