i am 137 and i want to get down to 115 or 105 how can i do that with out spend a love of money on a gym membership ???

try walking - for a start

First things first. How tall are you? How old are you? Is your weight goal right for your height? This is where you start because you want to remain healthy while you lose weight. Right now you are saying you want to lose 20 to 30 pounds. First break that up. Say you are going to lose 10#.Then begin your diet and exercise program. Eat breakfast studies have shown if you eat breakfast you will lose more weight. Does not have to be big, a bowl of cereal, a container of yogurt just something. Begin a walking program. If you drive to work park as far as possible from the building and walk in. If you take a bus get off a stop or two before yours and walk the rest of the way. Do you have to go upstairs to your office, try walking at least part way up and then take the elevator. Walk down the stairs when leaving ( anything under 5 floors). Get someone to take walks with you, maybe someone else who is trying to lose a little weight. A buddy system works well. After you lose the first 10 keep going until you have lost what you want. Give yourself a small reward for each 10# you lose.Good luck.

I have found weight watchers to be a godsend for me, I've lost 45 lb in 6 months so far. If you don't want to spend the money every week, try attending the first meeting or two, get the idea of the program, learn a few things and then take it from there. I think the meetings are what makes it work best, but if money is an issue just go to learn the program. I haven't spent any money on a gym membership, I started by walking 30 minutes a day. Increased to 1 hr a day, or whatever I have time for, (minimum of 30 minutes) I use my bike, video tapes, sit ups, mix it up. Just begin by getting 30 minutes in a day of exercise. And I still swear by learning healthy eating tips from Weight Watchers. It has opened my eyes immensely.

1.Start eating 5 portions a day- small portions. Why? You make your metabolism work faster
2.Drink water the moment you wake up. Why? Give your metabolism a kick start.
3.After every meal drink a glass of water. Why? It helps with the digestion process.
4.The best time to excersise is in the morning. Why? Then you don’t have any spear energy left in your system so your body burns the hidden fat. The best way to exercise: Jogging, spinning or get on your bike. Please note: 30minutes in the morning are more than enough to begin with.
5.Cut your sugar and carbs for the first ten days. Why first 10day? The first ten days your body goes into shock, because you’ve changed your habits, so it keeps telling it self not to burn the fat because he is going to receive any fatty foods right now, after ten days your body starts to burn the hidden fat, over shock.
6.As you know drink lots of water.
7.Next thing about exercise: I belong to a gym and just go there to spin, you can do so much at home. I got myself a boxing bag and cloths and I do it for 30minutes and I do jogging in the morning and it works wonders! At night I spin, I do dancing on music and I keep active every day, like instead of parking very close to a building a park very far and do some walking exercise.

Just be creative that’s one of the reasons why girls are so thin when they are children, because they stay active all day long.

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you ingest. Period. Let me repeat- burn more calories than you take in. There are many ways to accomplish this. Eat less, exercise more. There is a billion dollar industry out there that takes advantage of people wanting a quick fix. There is none.
Walking is the best exercise on the planet. It is basically free ( wear really good shoes ), is low impact and you can do it anywhere. You can continue walking for many years of your life whereas many sports and athletic activities you cannot do when you are older...
Personally I like to figure out something that I eat or drink every day that I can live without - i.e. regular soda and eliminate that. For example- if you drink a regular soda every day all year that is 150 cal per day times 365 or a whopping 54,750 cal! Divide that by 3500 (that is how many cal it takes to gain or lose a pound of body weight) and you get 15.6 lbs per year. You can lose over 15 pounds in one year just by eliminating one thing out of your daily routine that adds 150 cals to your daily untake. Now - how hard is that? No daily calorie counting, gym membership etc. Just drink a no cal substitue for that soda.
Once you do the weight thing by figuring it out on a yearly basis it really is much easier.
Good luck. Find a couple of things you can live without and walk a little bit every chance you get and you will be amazed.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

while sex and walking alot are both great ideas, the only real way of losing weight is exercising, while eating the right foods as well, try looking up the CSIRO diet, it will give you plenty of ideas for low calorie meals - but dont forget to exercise as well.

Diet and burn calories . Get a bicycle,some running shoes and a good diet book. Most important is determination and will power.
