Use "Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal" or "Spybot - Search & Destroy". In addition you can use "Windows Defender". The above two are offline freeware anti-spyware softwares while the Windows defender is a freeware online anti-spyware software. All these three put together alongwith their updated defination files will take you along way against spywares. If you want to spend some money try out the Zone Labs ZoneAlramPro versions.
