I am a wedding officiant and I marry people in my home and the local parks. Some of the local mansions will allow me to perform very small elopement ceremonies also. Let me know if I can help.

If you are above 18 you have the right to get married to anyone you want to in anywhere in the world and you don't need a consent from your piers

you have to have a license from new york ...i think
