Pilates help. Do stretching exercises for your stomach.Lie flat on your back, hands behind your neck. Lift both legs and neck simultaneously as much as possible so as to try and achieve a 'U' shape. You can feel the pressure on your stomach muscles. Do about 5 sets of 5 stretcheswith a 5 minute rest in between and gradually increase the frequency as you get used to it. See those abs become sexy !!
For arms, I recommend curling with a weightlifting bar with about 4/5 pounds weight.

I dont know if pilates help, but gym does. Go for a work out everyday for a few hours at the gym (they give workout scheules) and you will see and feel "tighten"
