I think you are going to have a lot of different answer for this one.
But personally, I like my man to be intelligent, be able to outsmart me, have manners, put me above anything, have some interests in common with me.
Money isn't the most important thing, but it helps.
The looks aren't important at all. The better looking-men, the stupider and dumber they are.

When he's able to converse knowledgably on a wide range of topics (whether his hobbies, work, current affairs, books, films, travel or whatever) and yet is more interested in talking about her and what she likes and thinks.
It's always a good idea to read all the papers the day of a date so you know what's going on in the world (including tv, films, music as well as politics). That way you've always got something interesting to talk about if the conversation runs dry.
But be interested in her, and do lots of eye contact and smiles.

If you can talk to her on her level-able to discuss things she cares about(Movies, music, books) and are also physically attractive to her. I would say physical attraction is key though. Being a good conversationalist will only get you so far because as the song goes "You can't start a fire without a spark". As for cynical answers such as "have money and treat them like crap", that does not attract a woman-although many will put up with lousy behavior if they guy is super hot. Often being hot comes with money because looks can help smooth anyone's career and if you are not so pretty you can at least dress nice, get a flattering hair cut and so on if you have the money for it- but by and large, it's a physical thing. Not Politically correct perhaps but many true things aren't. Studies have been done and nicer looking people not only get mates but jobs faster than their plainer counterparts. Just a fact of life.

Personality is no. 1! Sense of humour is the biggest turn on! Also, have lots to talk about BUT DONT talk about yourself too much. Ask her lots of questions about her, her family, her tastes and opinions. And presentation! You don't have to be the best looking guy on the block, but make an effort with your clothes and hair and smell nice and clean. That goes a long way because it shows her you care what she thinks! Oh, and if you go on a date, choose something original and adventurous rather than the run of the mill cinema or dinner options. Take her to the zoo, or on a boat trip, or to a fairground- somewhere you'll have a real scream.

A guy who has strong beliefs, who is not undecisive, honest and upright and with good integrity. I find that interesting because it's so rare.

Easy! It's not money or flash cars - would you want a girl that shallow anyway? Its about listening to her and making her feel totally adored/beautiful -even if she's not model material.

I like it when a guy talks to me bt does not tell me everything about him. He must seem a bit secretive! That way, when he talks to me again, I look forward to what else I can learn about him. Diversity is always a plus!
