Cramming is the art of a perfect balance!!
Coffee and chocolate won't do you any harm. They will make you stay awake for longer. I don't do coffee, but i'm a chocoholic from way back and done loads of exams!!
Chocolate can stimulate brain activity and make you think - it just gives you energy.
However, if you eat chocolate all night, and get no sleep, and your exam is the next day, you won't remember much the next day!!
Have a study schedule that breaks hours down and chapters down. Get up early in the mornings (make yourself!!!) and get good sleeps at night. - it's amazing what gets absorbed while you sleep.
Eat plenty of chocolate during the day, especially on exam day!! and try your best to learn rather than memorise. come up with as many examples of things that you can relate to personally, so then you'll remember!
Good luck!!

Coffee and chocolate don`t harm you in anyway unless you take in a huuugeee amount! Both of them kept you alert and awake, but nothing like forgetting stuff. But I would like to give u a piece of advice that work for me during exam times, I usually study ahead of time, and the night before I study until I fell tired or sleepy usually happens around 12 or 1 am and then sleep until 5 am, I wake up rested and more awake and my brain is relax to kept studying or reviewing! Try someday it may work for u too!

Drink as much as you want. And study too. It will definitely help more during your exams, than coffee.

both have caffiene so will make you more alert. Too much caffiene can cause nausea in some people but it will definately keep you alert while studying. just wait for the crash when the exams are over!

It will not hurt you except you may get a little "buzzed" or jittery from all the caffine.
