if he sentences him to 6 years his statement is true so he has to sentence him to 4 then it's not true, and it's just one big circle!

he said look if you sentence me to either 4 or 6 years I will kill you, your family and friends or something and the judge was like OMG you can go. please don't hurt me you crazy mother f-er

i'll be sentenced to 6 years in jail!!
if true he will actually be sentenced for 4 years... but then the statement will become false.... so he shud be sentenced for 6 yrs... but hey.. then the statement becomes true...
perpetual paradox!!

The guy speaking was the defendants lawyer...the defendant took the fifth amendment....if the lawyer uttered an untruth, he would have been done for contempt and/or purgery....
