Can someone tell me how to say that in Hebrew? And any listings of an online tool to translate future text would be appreciated.

Zehirut HaMime!

Beware = Zehirut (zeh-hee-root)
The = Ha (hah)
Water = Mime (my-eem)

In Hebrew they don't use (beware) like we do.
They say (seem lev) or (put a heart). :-)

By the sea the sign reads: (Ain Matzil)
This simply means: (There is no Lifeguard)

In buildings the sign reads: (Mime Hamyim)
This simply means: (Hot Water)
