Well, I have this same problem with my 4 month old male kitten. My problem was I was feeding him hard and soft food. The soft food will make his poop and farts stink so bad. If you only feed hard food, it may be the ingredients in the food, or the quality so to speak. If it becomes a big problem then call the vet and see what knid of food they recommend for this condition.(Wellness is a really good food.)

I am not sure what you feed your cat but i would look at its diet first. Alot of fish in there food can cause excess wind maybe look at feeding it only dry food for a short time. See if it helps the problem, and if it is an older cat then try a special seniors food for it .

Changing the food will help. Also cheap food can cause this problem. Cheap food does not provide everything the cat needs.

Diet will cause the stinky farts.....Also if you are giving you cat human food.....I recommend stop. There are some foods that could kill certain animals and we just don't have all the knoledge of it.

Give her some plain yogurt for a few days, or unflavored kefir. This will help replace the bad bacteria in her digestive system with good ones.
