I agree mulled wine, though you should also try the German Gluhvein I think its pronounced which is their version of mulled wine.
Here is a recipe

Preparation time less than 30 mins
Cooking time less than 10 mins
Ingredients
1 litre bottle cheap red wine
30z/75g sugar (to taste)
1 tsp whole cloves
1 tsp ground cinnamon or stick cinnamon
juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon
Method
1. Pour wine into a saucepan and add remaining ingredients (you can put whole spices in muslin).
2. Heat until nearly boiling and strain (if necessary) into a warm bowl.
3. Serve warm.
I like alcohlic coffees too with bramdy as some same to add cognac is criminal!

Replace the mulled wine with normal wine and that's fine with me. Or sitting in the house watching a nice movie with a bottle of red wine with the heating blasting.

I suggest sitting near the fire, snuggle under a blanket, that will keep you warm. Or move to a warmer climate, north on the beach is good in oz.

I get home from work get into a very hot bath, get on my pj's, dressing gown and slippers, chill out for the evening with my children and a raspberry bacardi breezer, i would like to sit in front of the fire but i havent got one :(

Hmm looking at that pic of you i could come up with a few creative ideas. However on another note i have heated seats in my car and they are brilliant. YOu get into the car in the morning its freezing and you switch on those seats and its bliss. Then finally the air conditioning heats up.
