Are cold storage meats / poultry good for health? Or should they be avoided completely?

In these times of Super-market culture, we often buy frozen meats and poultry, coz sometimes, we may not find fresh stuff when we need it.

its Ok.
As people in snow covered areas throw their remainings of meat outside after applying some salt to it. they use it when ever they require. so there is nothing wrong or fishy init. if there would havebeen any health crisis due to this they would have all been sick and this method would have not been implemented in the modern world.

Fresh is always best, but if needed, thaw it first before cooking.
