Sophie, that is a really difficult question for people to answer. You are obviously fit as you ride and walk a lot. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may weigh more that some people and still not be fat. I am the same height as you and when i was your age i was fairly slender and about 8 and a half stone. I am now 49 and i weigh about 11stone and although i've got a bigger tummy than i'd like and probably need toning up i am still not fat.
The most important thing is to stay active, eat sensibly but allow yourself some treats, and don't worry about what you actually weigh. If you truly think you are under or overweight, then see a doctor for proper advice. However, i'm sure you are fine.
Keep happy and healthy. Life is not about what you weigh, but about being a nice person!
Love,
Faith x

I know at your age love your weight is a very big issue.
Having daughters and grand daughters telling them also at your age it is no big thing dose not work.
So i am going out on a limb and say eight stone would be good
as your weight fluctuates with size plus if you are big boned
this could be a big factor, but don't worry to much about how heavy you are at the moment because in the end its your health that is important and you seem to be doing your best in that department. All the best gramps UK

while i replaced into 14, i replaced into 5'7 and 165lbs. I performed 3 activities- volleyball, swimming, and music. i ought to run 3 miles with none breaks. i replaced into approximately as athletic as somebody who weighed one hundred twenty, which seems the traditional weight. i do no longer think of there is particularly an popular because of the fact regardless of while you're somewhat heavier you're nevertheless healthful and athletic!

Your doctor should have a chart that he/she would go by to give your age, sex, and height...this would give him/her what your average weight should be.
