i should imagine he rose early..ate a gigantic breakfast..met with his ministers..maybe rode afterwards..did a bit of hunting..another enormous lunch..slept for a while.went to his wifes boudior..gigantic evening meal with entertainment..went to bed.

It depends at what age. When he was young he was slim and dashing,played tennis, rode, hunted, even wrote music and was an astute politician. Everyone now seems to lock him in the stereotype of a greedy, fat and old lecher who ordered the dissolution of the monasteries to appropriate their wealth and who had his wives disposed of to get a new model.
